This is a website that is dedicated to the memory of the 2/15th Battalion
Second AIF.

There has been one warship named after the Battle of Alamein - this was HMS Alamein (D17). This was a Battle-class destroyer in the British Navy.

It was commissioned in 1946, and decommissioned in 1959.
