Attached please find an invitation to attend the Luncheon to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the start of the 2/15Bn Sunday 5th September 2010

This is a very special occasion in the life of our Battalion and we have had quite a few people who have already sent in their completed applications to attend, however we want more.

The reason is very simple --- this may well be the last time that in fact we will be able to celebrate in this fashion (excluding Anzac Day each year) because as you know our blokes are not getting any younger, and we need to let them know in no uncertain fashion how highly we acknowledge them

The guest speaker has now been finalised and is as follows:

"Rear Admiral Ken Doolan AO RAN (Retd), RSL National President,
will attend the 70^th Anniversary of the formation of the Battalion on 5 September 2010."

So please get those forms filled in well before the closing date of Saturday 28 August.
