Bulimba
Operation Bulimba was a major attack by the 2/15th Battalion on 1 September 1942. It was the time when it sustained its highest number of casualties. The Unit history - Caveant Hostes - tells the story in great detail.

The following picture was received from Doug Leslie and shows "Some of the 67 German prisoners captured by the British forces in Egypt in a raid on Tel El Eisa Egypt on September 1 1942" . This is likely to have occurred during Operation Bulimba.
